Urban meets is an university project realised for Urban Magazine. Urban asked for an insert for a number of his magazine that shows some work of NABA students.

We thought about a poster, hold together with the magazine with rubber braces as a gift. The cover of the poster is made of a collage of different photos. We played with the conventional and the unconventional. We were inspired by the work of David Hockney.

The poster

We designed an interactive poster, that involves directly the user. Every element in the poster can be taken out and than put it back.

Each section is different from the other, depending on the field. These sections are designed to express at the best the importance and peculiarity of every NABA student project.
01. All the illustration projects of the students are hanged to the poster with two small bands. This part of the poster has two wings of paper that opens and reveal all the illustrations.
02. For the digital projects there is a stamp made of metal with interchangeable rubber plates.
Each plate will have a different QR code, associated with a different subject.
03. For the packaging projects there is the shape of the product carved in the sheet. The papers with the different patterns will be inside. The reader can scroll to change pattern.
04. The longer projects are presented as small booklets. Because of the heaviness they are hold by two big rubber bands on the sides.
05. The photography projects are stored into pockets to collect the photos. A different pocket for each project.

The leaflet.
The leaflet to promote the event will be interactive, following the idea of the poster. It will be made of four squares, that have to be tourned around to discover the final image.
